A Russian manicure is a dry manicure technique that uses an electric nail drill (e-file) with specialized bits to carefully remove excess cuticle and dead skin around the nail plate. The goal is an extremely clean, precise look that allows gel polish to be applied very close to the cuticle, often making the manicure appear to last longer.
